Please contact us for details. California state sales tax of 8.25% (effective April 1, 2009) will be added to any orders shipped to a California address. We are not trying to get rich on shipping charges, just break even. The charges added when you check out are a worst-case-scenario. If we can ship your products for less, we will reduce the charge for your order accordingly. We absorbed several increases in the cost of shipping in the last few years, but, effective December 1, 2007, we were forced to increase our base shipping charge to $8 per order. For quilt products, that's all there is. No matter how many quilt items you order the shipping will be $8.00 per order. Due to the increased weight of flag, bag, and stand orders, we add a modest charge per item. Again, if we can ship for less than the calculated price, we will reduce your cost. We typically use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. This method should get your package to you within two to three days. If you are in a bind and need your order faster, contact us and we'll do what we can.
Rates and delivery times for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are generally worse than the continental US. For Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping charges calculated at checkout may not be accurate. For Canada, shipping charges are NOT automatically calculated at all. When we receive your order, we will determine what shipping methods are available and their cost. We will then email you with the options and await your reply. After you have approved the shipping method and charges, we will proceed with your order.
We have had difficulty shipping to some parts of some countries. Please contact us by email BEFORE placing an order outside of the US and Canada. Upon the recommendation of our credit card processor, the system will no longer accept orders from Norway, Nigeria, Ghana, and Indonesia. We strive to sell only top quality products. If a faulty product slips by us, we want to know about it. We will either exchange or repair the product or refund your total invoiced amount. To insure proper reimbursement, please contact us first.
