Signals a driver that a faster car is attempting to pass. The blue portion of our "Moveover" flags is cut away from the yellow stripe, so it doesn't look like you have a green stripe under the lights. See the Flag Information page for more information on our flag construction. Our standard "Moveover" flag has the yellow stripe from the hand to the tip of the flag. This way, mostly blue fabric shows when the flag is furled as a pointer. If you prefer the yellow stripe the other direction, see our Passing (reverse) flag instead.
